AN ACT EXEMPTING SERVICES RENDERED IN CONNECTION WITH
A COSMETIC MEDICAL PROCEDURE FROM THE SALES TAX.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 12-407 of the general statutes be amended to exempt 1
services rendered in connection with a cosmetic medical procedure from 2
the sales tax. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To exempt services rendered in connection with a cosmetic medical
procedure from the sales tax.
