AN ACT CONCERNING VACANCIES IN ENDORSEMENTS AND
NOMINATIONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That sections 9-428 and 9-460 of the general statutes be amended to 1
make earlier the deadlines for party committees to (1) fill vacancies in 2
nomination or endorsement, and (2) certify such vacancy endorsements 3
or certifications to the proper authority. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To make earlier the deadlines for party committees to (1) fill vacancies
in nomination or endorsement, and (2) certify such vacancy
endorsements or certifications to the proper authority.
