AN ACT REDUCING FEES FOR CERTAIN FARM DISTILLERIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to reduce fees for distillers that 1
produce less than two thousand gallons of wine at farm distilleries. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To reduce fees for farm distilleries that produce less than two thousand
gallons of wine.
