AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR BUSINESSES THAT
HIRE RECENT GRADUATES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 12 of the general statutes be amended to establish a tax 1
credit, capped at a fixed amount, for businesses that hire a recent high 2
school or college graduate. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a tax credit for businesses that hire a recent high school or
college graduate.
