AN ACT ESTABLISHING A STATE HOME HEALTH CARE/HOME
HOSPICE OMBUDSMAN.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 17a of the general statutes be amended to establish a state 1
home health care/home hospice ombudsman to protect patients who 2
convalesce or who choose to die at home. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide oversight of home health care of patients who convalesce or
who choose to die at home.
