AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY METHODS
AVAILABLE TO ENCOURAGE MENTAL HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS
TO PARTICIPATE IN PROVIDER NETWORKS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study methods available to this 1
state and health carriers to encourage health care providers providing 2
mental health services to participate in provider networks. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to study methods available to this state and
health carriers to encourage health care providers providing mental
health services to participate in provider networks.
