AN ACT CONCERNING THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS FOR HATE
CRIMES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 54 of the general statutes be amended to extend the time for 1
the prosecution of a hate crime committed under sections 53a-181j to 2
53a-181l, inclusive, of the general statutes. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To extend the statute of limitations for the prosecution of a hate crime.
