Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 18 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the 1 Department of Correction from using solitary confinement in its 2 facilities. 3 Statement of Purpose: To prohibit the Department of Correction from using solitary confinement in its facilities.
