AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO EXAMINE THE STATE'S
SUMMARY PROCESS PROCEDURES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to examine the summary process 1
procedures set forth in chapter 832 of the general statutes and compare 2
such procedures with those of other states and thereafter report on ways 3
to make such procedures more efficient and less burdensome to the 4
courts, landlords, tenants and municipalities. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To explore ways to make the state's summary process procedures more
efficient and less burdensome to the courts, landlords, tenants and
municipalities.
