AN ACT CONCERNING CLEAN SLATE AND AUTOMATIC ERASURE
OF CRIMINAL RECORDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 54-142a of the general statutes be amended to provide 1
for automatic erasure of criminal records for certain crimes and certain 2
individuals. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To provide for automatic erasure of criminal records for certain crimes
and certain individuals.
