AN ACT CONCERNING RECIPIENTS OF UNEMPLOYMENT
COMPENSATION BENEFITS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to ensure that only 1
unemployed persons who are actively seeking employment are 2
receiving unemployment benefits, except if under an executive order 3
such as a pandemic. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To ensure that only unemployed persons who are actively seeking
employment are receiving unemployment benefits, except if under an
executive order such as a pandemic.
