Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to update and reform the 1
Unemployment Trust Fund and protect the solvency of said fund. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To update and reform the Unemployment Trust Fund.
