AN ACT CONCERNING THE MUNICIPAL REGULATION OF SIGNAGE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 8-2 of the general statutes be amended to authorize 1
municipal zoning commissions to regulate the height, size, location, 2
brightness and illumination of all signs. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To authorize municipal zoning commissions to regulate the height, size,
location, brightness and illumination of all signs.
