AN ACT CONCERNING LONG -TERM CARE FACILITY PERSONAL
PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT STOCKPILES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that long-term care 1
facilities maintain an adequate stockpile of personal protective 2
equipment. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require long-term care facilities to maintain an adequate stockpile of
personal protective equipment for the use of residents and staff.
