AN ACT CONCERNING FOR -PROFIT HOSPITAL TRANSPARENCY.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require that for-profit 1
hospitals release to the public information contained on their Internal 2
Revenue Service Form 990, including, but not limited to, executive 3
compensation, community donations, identification of board of 4
directors members and profit and loss statements. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To require that for-profit hospitals release to the public certain
information contained in their Internal Revenue Service Form 990.
