AN ACT CONCERNING VISUAL INSPECTION OF IRRIGATION
SYSTEMS BY WATER COMPANIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 19a-37d of the general statutes be amended to prohibit a 1
water company from requiring a visual inspection of an irrigation 2
system on property serviced by the water company. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To eliminate the requirement of a visual inspection of an irrigation
system by a water company.
