AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE TO STUDY ANAPHYLAXIS
AND THE FOOD ALLERGY EPIDEMIC.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force be established to study anaphylaxis and the food 1
allergy epidemic with the aim of building capacity within the 2
Department of Public Health to provide resources and programming 3
that responds to the safety and inclusion needs of the allergic 4
community in public, restaurants, schools and the health-care system. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force to study anaphylaxis and the food allergy
epidemic with the aim of building capacity within the Department of
Public Health to provide resources and programming that responds to
the safety and inclusion needs of the allergic community in public,
restaurants, schools and the health-care system.
