AN ACT CONCERNING HEALTH CARE IN CORRECTIONAL
FACILITIES AND ACCESS TO INMATE MEDICAL RECORDS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to improve access to health care 1
in correctional facilities and address access to inmate medical records. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To improve access to health care in correctional facilities and address
access to inmate medical records.
