AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE OR COMMISSION TO MAKE
RECOMMENDATIONS REGARDING MEDICAL EXEMPTIONS FROM
CHILDHOOD VACCINE REQUIREMENTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a task force or commission be established to evaluate and make 1
recommendations regarding medical exemptions from childhood 2
vaccine requirements. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force or commission to evaluate and make
recommendations regarding medical exemptions from childhood
vaccine requirements, including, but not limited to, making medical
exemptions clearly obtainable and destigmatizing those opposed to
vaccine requirements.
