AN ACT CONCERNING HOME AND COMMUNITY -BASED SERVICES
IN LONG-TERM CARE FACILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to provide additional support 1
for home and community-based services in long-term care facilities and 2
require that state agencies explore alternative care options for senior 3
citizens and people with disabilities. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To provide additional support for home and community-based services
in long-term care facilities and require that state agencies explore
