AN ACT CONCERNING THE APPLICABILITY OF THE EVICTION PROCESS TO INDIVIDUALS LIVING IN SUBSTANCE USE DISORDER REHABILITATION FACILITIES. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to allow substance use disorder 1 rehabilitation facilities to remove individuals living in such facilities 2 who violate conditional residential agreements by a majority vote by the 3 board of directors of such facility and without having to resort to the 4 eviction process. 5 Statement of Purpose: To allow substance use disorder rehabilitation facilities to remove individuals living in such facilities who violate conditional residential agreements without having to resort to the eviction process.
