Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to remove the hepatitis B 1 vaccine requirement for admission to daycare, school and camp. 2 Statement of Purpose: To remove the hepatitis B vaccine requirement for admission to daycare, school and camp due to recent legal findings that there have been zero events of transmissibility from a student at a daycare, school or camp to anyone else.
