AN ACT CONCERNING STAFFING LEVELS AT THE SPECIAL
LICENSING AND FIREARMS UNIT WITHIN THE DEPARTMENT OF
EMERGENCY SERVICES AND PUBLIC PROTECTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require a minimum level of 1
staffing at the Special Licensing and Firearms Unit within the 2
Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase staffing levels at the Special Licensing and Firearms Unit
within the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection in
order to ensure that firearms dealers and their customers are better
served.
