AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TASK FORCE ON DISASTER
PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to create a task force to ensure 1
communication and collaboration in disaster preparedness and 2
response efforts, to identify vulnerabilities in areas affected by disasters, 3
to coordinate use of resources in disaster preparedness and response 4
and to establish best practices for disaster preparedness and response. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a task force on disaster preparedness and response, in order
to better prepare the state for future disasters.
