Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That section 54-1m of the general statutes be amended to extend the 1 provisions of the Alvin W. Penn Racial Profiling Prohibition Act to cover 2 all police stops, including pedestrian stops. 3 Statement of Purpose: To extend the provisions of the Alvin W. Penn Racial Profiling Prohibition Act to cover all police stops, including pedestrian stops, in order to give a full and complete picture of any and all racial profiling taking place in the state.
