AN ACT PROHIBITING THE USE OF AUTOMATED TRAFFIC
ENFORCEMENT SAFETY DEVICES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prohibit the use of 1
automated traffic enforcement safety devices. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To prohibit the use of red-light cameras in the state.
