AN ACT STUDYING AND PARTICIPATING IN PILOT PROGRAMS
REGARDING A MILEAGE-BASED USER FEE ON MOTOR VEHICLES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 13b-14b of the general statutes be repealed. 1
Statement of Purpose:
To permit the Department of Transportation to study and participate in
federal pilot programs regarding a mileage-based user fee on motor
vehicles operated on state highways.
