AN ACT CONCERNING SPEED LIMITS IN MUNICIPALITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 14-218a of the general statutes be amended to permit 1
municipalities to establish speed limits on the streets, highways and 2
bridges located wholly in the municipality. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To permit municipalities to establish speed limits on the streets,
highways and bridges located wholly in the municipality.
