AN ACT NAMING A PORTION OF ROUTE 12 IN HONOR OF PARKE
SPICER.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That a portion of Route 12 from the Mohegan Pequot Bridge to the 1
Ledyard town line be named in honor of Parke Spicer. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To name a portion of Route 12 in honor of Parke Spicer, the former first
selectman and registrar of voters in the town of Preston.
