AN ACT STUDYING COMPLIANCE WITH MOTOR VEHICLE
REGISTRATION LAWS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 14 of public act 19-119 be amended to reestablish the task 1
force charged with studying compliance with motor vehicle registration 2
laws and recommending ways to prevent Connecticut residents from 3
registering motor vehicles in another state while residing in 4
Connecticut. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To reestablish the task force charged with studying and making
recommendations regarding the enforcement of car registrations in the
proper state.
