Explanation
It is anticipated that the Department of Economic and Community
Development can carry out the planning required by the bill without
requiring additional resources.
House Amendment "A" clarified that such planning must be
incorporated into the state workforce strategy and altered the timeline
of planning under the bill, which has no fiscal impact.
