AN ACT CONCERNING LEARNING PODS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 10 of the general statutes be amended to establish learning 1
pods as an educational choice and alternative learning model for 2
students and their parents. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To protect parents' rights to advance or supplement their children's
education during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
