AN ACT PREVENTING A CUMULATIVE INTERNET DATA USAGE
CAP.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to prevent telecommunications 1
companies from instituting a cumulative Internet data usage cap on any 2
residential customer. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To prevent the institution of a cumulative Internet data usage cap.
