Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to identify Internet connectivity 1
as a basic human need and eligible for funding under existing programs. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To identify Internet connectivity as a basic human need.
