AN ACT CONCERNING SOLAR PANEL RESOURCES FOR NEW
RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require new residential 1
construction to include solar panel resources large enough to cover 2
thirty per cent or more of the annual electricity usage for the property. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require new residential construction to include solar panel resources.
