AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR BUSINESSES THAT
EMPLOY INDIVIDUALS WITH INTELLECTUAL OR DEVELOPMENTAL
DISABILITIES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a tax credit for 1
businesses that employ individuals with intellectual or developmental 2
disabilities. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a tax credit for businesses that employ individuals with
intellectual or developmental disabilities.
