AN ACT IMPLEMENTING CERTAIN RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE
COMMISSION ON FISCAL STABILITY AND ECONOMIC GROWTH.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the General Assembly consider and adopt certain 1
recommendations of the Commission on Fiscal Stability and Economic 2
Growth. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To adopt recommendations of the Commission on Fiscal Stability and
Economic Growth that will put the state on a more stable fiscal path.
