AN ACT CONCERNING THE TAX ON ELECTRONIC CIGARETTE
PRODUCTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to impose the tax on electronic 1
cigarette products in the same manner as on other tobacco products. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To impose the tax on electronic cigarette products in the same manner
as on other tobacco products.
