AN ACT ESTABLISHING A TAX CREDIT FOR FIRST -TIME HOME
BUYERS WHO PURCHASE BLIGHTED DWELLINGS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to establish a tax credit for a 1
first-time home buyer who purchases a blighted dwelling to repair or 2
renovate. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To establish a tax credit for a first-time home buyer who purchases a
blighted dwelling to repair or renovate.
