AN ACT CONCERNING THE NONDISCLOSURE OF RESIDENTIAL
ADDRESSES OF ATTORNEY GENERAL EMPLOYEES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 1-217 of the general statutes be amended to prohibit the 1
disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act of the residential 2
addresses of employees of the office of the Attorney General. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To protect the confidentiality of certain residential addresses from
public disclosure.
