AN ACT CONCERNING THE MEMBERSHIP OF TASK FORCES.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 2 of the general statutes be amended to require all task 1
forces to (1) have as members and be chaired by, government officials, 2
and (2) include members from community outreach and advocacy 3
groups. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To impose certain requirements on the membership of task forces.
