AN ACT CONCERNING STATE CONSTRUCTION SUBCONTRACTS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 4b-96 of the general statutes be amended to (1) apply the 1
requirements of said section to any other class of work for which a 2
separate subcontract will be executed by the general bidder in excess of 3
five hundred thousand dollars, and (2) permit the form of subcontracts 4
to modify the insurance or surety bond requirements. 5
Statement of Purpose:
To apply the requirements concerning subcontracts to certain classes of
work.
