AN ACT CONCERNING CASH REFUNDS FOR THE BALANCE OF A
GIFT CARD.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to increase the minimum 1
balance amount for which a consumer using a gift card may request a 2
cash refund. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To increase the minimum balance amount for which a consumer using
a gift card may request a cash refund.
