AN ACT CONCERNING MOTOR VEHICLE GLASS REPAIR SHOPS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That section 20-330 of the general statutes be amended to require 1
persons applying for registration or renewal as a registered motor 2
vehicle glass repair shop to maintain a physical place of business within 3
the state that has indoor facilities to perform motor vehicle glass repair 4
services and from which mobile services are dispatched.5
Statement of Purpose:
To require motor vehicle glass repair shops to maintain physical places
of business within the state.
