Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That title 10a of the general statutes be amended to prohibit any 1 institution of higher education from inquiring about a prospective 2 student's criminal history on an application for admission or at any time 3 during the admissions process for such student. 4 Statement of Purpose: To prohibit any institution of higher education from inquiring about a prospective student's criminal history during the admissions process for such student.
