AN ACT CONCERNING HOUSING FUNDING ALLOCATION AND
SEGREGATION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 8 of the general statutes be amended to require the 1
Department of Housing to measure and annually report data to show 2
whether the allocation of housing funding and program awards reduce, 3
contribute to or perpetuate racial and economic segregation. 4
Statement of Purpose:
To require the Department of Housing to gather data that can be used
to determine whether housing funding and awards affect racial and
economic segregation.
