AN ACT CONCERNING PARENTING TIME.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 46b of the general statutes be amended to provide that all 1
occurrences of the words "visit" or "visitation" be replaced with 2
"parenting time". 3
Statement of Purpose:
To change the language in title 46b of the general statutes to reflect that
parents have "parenting time" with their children as opposed to
"visiting" their children.
