AN ACT CONCERNING THE COSTS OF TELEPHONE CALLS BY
INCARCERATED PERSONS.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That title 18 be amended to allow free telephone calls for incarcerated 1
persons. 2
Statement of Purpose:
To enable incarcerated persons to remain connected to family and
friends.
