AN ACT CONCERNING THE DISCLOSURE OF SALARY RANGES
FOR A VACANT POSITION.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General
Assembly convened:
That the general statutes be amended to require employers to disclose 1
salary ranges for vacant positions and to provide comparable pay for 2
comparable work. 3
Statement of Purpose:
To require employers to disclose salary ranges for vacant positions and
to provide comparable pay for comparable work.
