AN ACT REQUIRING NOTICE OF AN EMPLOYEE’S RIGHT TO CHOOSE NOT TO BE A MEMBER OF A UNION. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Assembly convened: That the general statutes be amended to require that state and 1 municipal collective bargaining agreements and related employee 2 notices include a clear and conspicuous statement of any employee's 3 rights to choose not to be a member of a union. 4 Statement of Purpose: To provide clear notice of an employee's right to choose not to be a member of a union.
